Account Requirements

To use All Within's full features, you must create an account by providing:

• REQUIRED: Phone number (for secure authentication via SMS)
• REQUIRED: Email address (for notifications and newsletters)
• REQUIRED: Full name
• REQUIRED: General location (city/state or area)
• OPTIONAL: Profile picture

Phone Authentication: We use SMS text messages to send one-time passcodes for secure login. You will receive authentication codes only when you initiate login. Standard message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for complete details about how we handle your phone number.

Email Communications: You will receive transactional emails (account verification, security alerts) and newsletters. You may opt out of newsletters but not transactional emails required for account security.

• User interactions do not create a professional-client relationship
• We are not responsible for any outcomes from following information or advice found on our Platform
• Practitioners listed on our Platform operate independently; we do not employ or supervise them

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT

Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Provide false or misleading information, including false age information
• Impersonate others or create false accounts
• Post content that violates any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Platform to promote competing services inappropriately
• Create multiple accounts or use another person's account
• Share your authentication codes or account access with others

Health and Safety

MEDICAL DECISIONS: You are solely responsible for all health and medical decisions

PRACTITIONER SELECTION: Any choice to work with practitioners found through our Platform is your responsibility

EMERGENCY SITUATIONS: Seek immediate medical attention for health emergencies; do not rely on our Platform

VERIFICATION: You are responsible for verifying practitioner credentials and qualifications

Content Standards

When submitting content, you agree to:

• Share only truthful, accurate information
• Respect others' privacy and confidentiality
• Avoid sharing detailed medical diagnoses or health information that could identify specific individuals
• Follow our community guidelines for respectful interaction
• Not make medical claims or promise specific outcomes

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (HEALING EXPERIENCES)

Content Submission

When you submit healing experiences, stories, or other content to All Within, you:

• Retain full ownership of your original content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform
• Grant us the right to organize and categorize your content within our educational framework
• Grant us the right to edit for clarity, length, and appropriateness (while preserving your authentic voice)

Content You Provide

When creating a Healing Experience, you may provide:

• Your personal story and experience
• Title and description
• The modality or practice you experienced
• Optional practitioner recommendations
• Choice to post anonymously or with your name

Anonymous Posting

You may choose to post healing experiences anonymously

Even when posting anonymously, your general location will be displayed for context

You must be logged in to post, whether anonymously or not

Anonymous posts help maintain authenticity while protecting privacy

Location Display

All healing experiences (anonymous or not) display the user's general location (city/state/area)

This provides context for readers about where the experience occurred

This does not include precise GPS coordinates or detailed address information

Content Management

DELETION: You may delete your healing experiences at any time

NO EDITING: You cannot edit healing experiences after publishing; you may delete and repost if needed

RETENTION: When you delete your account, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted

ANONYMOUS CONTENT: Healing experiences posted anonymously may remain on the platform after account deletion as they contain no personally identifiable information

Content Guidelines

Submitted content should:

• PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: Share your own experiences rather than giving medical advice
• RESPECT PRIVACY: Avoid identifying practitioners or individuals without permission
• EDUCATIONAL VALUE: Contribute to community learning and understanding
• APPROPRIATE TONE: Maintain respectful, constructive communication
• AUTHENTIC: Be truthful about your experience

Prohibited Content

Do not submit content that:

• Makes medical claims or promises specific outcomes
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or discriminatory material
• Promotes illegal activities or substances
• Includes excessive self-promotion or spam
• Shares private health information about others
• Misrepresents your experience or includes false information
• Violates practitioner confidentiality without consent

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Platform Content

All content created by All Within, including text, graphics, logos, software, and educational materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you create and submit
• By submitting content, you represent that you have all necessary rights to share it
• You agree not to submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• You grant us the license specified in Section 5 to use your content on our Platform

Trademarks

"All Within" and related logos are trademarks of All Within LLC. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.

Copyright Infringement

7. PRACTITIONER DIRECTORY AND SERVICES

Practitioner Information

Information about practitioners is provided for educational purposes. We do not:

• ENDORSE PRACTITIONERS: Listing does not constitute endorsement of specific practitioners
• VERIFY CREDENTIALS: While we encourage accurate information, we cannot verify all practitioner credentials or qualifications
• GUARANTEE SERVICES: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of practitioner services
• EMPLOY PRACTITIONERS: All practitioners operate independently; we do not employ, supervise, or control them

Practitioner Responsibilities

Practitioners who are featured or recommended on our Platform are expected to:

• Provide accurate information about their services and qualifications
• Comply with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements in their jurisdiction
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and ethics
• Handle all client interactions and services independently
• Be responsible for their own business operations

User-Practitioner Relationships

• All agreements and interactions between users and practitioners are independent of All Within
• We are not party to any disputes between users and practitioners
• Payment, scheduling, and service delivery are handled directly between parties
• You are responsible for verifying practitioner credentials before engaging their services
• We do not facilitate or process payments (at this time)

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EXTERNAL LINKS: Links to external websites, practitioners, or services are provided for convenience and educational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of external sites or practitioners. Your use of external links is at your own risk.

Limitation of Damages

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Within LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and contributors are not liable for any adverse effects, injuries, outcomes, or damages that may result from:

• Using information on this Platform
• Services provided by practitioners listed or mentioned here
• User-generated content or healing experiences shared on our Platform
• Any interruption or errors in our service
• Any decisions you make based on information found here

Use this information at your own risk and discretion.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Avoid making promises or guarantees about healing outcomes

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Protect the privacy of practitioners and other users
• Share only your own experiences unless you have explicit permission from others
• Use discretion when sharing sensitive personal information
• Respect practitioner confidentiality
• Do not share identifying information about others without consent

Reporting Inappropriate Content

• Users can report content that violates these Terms or community guidelines
• We review all reports and take appropriate action
• Actions may include content removal, account suspension, or termination
• We may report illegal activity to authorities when required by law

10. TERMINATION

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using account deletion features in your account settings (when available)

When you delete your account:

• Your account becomes immediately inaccessible
• Your phone number and email are removed from active use
• Your personal data is retained for 30 days for security and legal compliance
• After 30 days, your personal information is permanently deleted
• Healing experiences you posted may remain visible anonymously or be removed based on your preferences at deletion

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Inappropriate, harmful, or abusive behavior
• Providing false information, including false age
• Legal requirements or safety concerns
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Breach of community guidelines

Effect of Termination

Upon termination by either party:

• Your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply
• We may retain some information as described in our Privacy Policy and required by law
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination

Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Platform or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, all disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims against All Within as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, representative action, or collective proceeding.

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Within LLC regarding your use of the Platform.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms, or to exercise any right or remedy, does not constitute a waiver of that provision, right, or remedy. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of All Within.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Headings

The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Interpretation

As used in these Terms:

• "Including" means "including but not limited to"
• Singular terms include the plural and vice versa
• References to "days" mean calendar days unless otherwise specified
• These Terms will not be construed against us as the drafter

Independent Contractors

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between you and All Within LLC.
