I've been sober now for 2.5 years. Loving it. Didn't stop drinking to begin an alcoholic, but more just couldn't stand my hangovers, how much space I spent deciding whether to have a drink or not, and wanted to heal from my autoimmune issues. Curious about what you've used to replace alcohol. What healthy habits? I love my early morning workouts and the fact I can get so much more done now!!!
