I want to learn more about how we help our communities integrate their healing. It seems that so much of the work is after the healing and making sense of the thoughts and visions and circumstances that so commonly happen after a healing session.
Healers, how do you typically help your clients integrate their healing after a session?

I love inviting patients to have a little time to reflect inwardly after a session and tie their intention with their breath. Go for a walk or journal their findings. Ideally , this would be right after the session with a few moments of solitude, inviting them to experiencing another healing modality or simply time to rest in a different room.
Curious what others think as this is an important consideration for health!

In my 3-month program, I schedule 1-hour sessions but ask clients to hold 2 hours on their calendar. Sometimes we're in the middle of something significant, and I don't want to stop when we're close to a breakthrough. So we stay with it until we move through to the other side.
After each session, I invite clients to take the remaining time to let the work land. That might look like journaling, sitting quietly on the patio without devices, taking a salt bath, or walking barefoot on the ground. Something that creates a transition space rather than rushing back into the noise of the day.
Between sessions, clients work through a companion workbook with soul journaling prompts and other reflective exercises. At the start of each new session, they share what emerged that week through their integration. And that often becomes the thread we follow into the next layer of work.
