Internal Family Systems with Sadie Ackerman

Sadie is an IFS practitioner and the founder of Affirmism, and in this episode we get into her actual practice: how she works with clients' protector and exile parts, and what it looks like when she traces someone's fear all the way back to where it started. There's a moment where she finds a belief that wasn't even the client's own to begin with, and I still think about it.
