Sessions typically begin with intention-setting and sacred space creation. Practitioners often guide clients through grounding exercises and protective visualizations, ensuring the experience feels safe and focused. While no preparation is required, clients sometimes arrive with 3–5 prioritized questions to guide the session.
The practitioner then enters a receptive or trance state—sometimes light, sometimes deeper—and begins with an initial flow of information: a monologue of everything they see, hear, feel, or know. After this, the process becomes interactive, allowing clients to ask questions, request clarification, and follow the guidance that emerges.
Many describe it as “talking to a friend they’ve never met”—intimate, caring, and surprisingly accurate despite the practitioner having no prior knowledge.
Sessions usually last between 30–90 minutes and are often recorded for later review. They address the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical aspects of life, offering not only insights but also practical steps and recommended spiritual practices for ongoing growth.
Clients often experience immediate breakthroughs: emotional release, a sense of peace, and greater clarity that continues to support them long after the session ends.
